• Conceptualize, design and spec high-quality print and digital collateral including booklets, logo concepts, digital banners, social media graphics and promotional templates.
• Work with complex multimedia files.
• Assist with completion of creative job requests.
• Create ad mats, print ads, billboards, digital billboards
• Create illustrations for concept ideas for pitch meetings.
• Pre Press formatting of photography and art to order specs

Required:

• MUST WORK ON-SITE - THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
• Experience as a Graphic Designer in the fine art, photography and design industries.
• Must have experience working in a sign shop or printing facility
• Proficient experience in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign and complete a design test using all three within a specific time frame.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and HTML.
• Working knowledge of die cuts, varnishes, coatings, foils, embosses, and specialty paper.
• Proven experience with applying UX/UI best practices and brand standards.
• Working knowledge composition, typography and visual storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of digital, print, graphics, and video asset specifications as it relates to production work.
• Polished appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
• At least 18 years of age.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in art or graphic design.
• Proven experience in a creative production role using Adobe After Effects.
